Identity Poem Anastasia

At the start of the year, as part of our Who We Are unit, we were thinking about identity. Here is a poem I wrote to share some aspects of my identity.

I Am poem

I am Anastasia.

I want a silver labrador puppy because they are so cute.

I worry that in a million years earth will be swallowed by the sun and become molten lava.

I hear my classmates talk all lunch period and that is very loud.

I pretend that I am a shape-shifter and can turn into anyone I want.

I am Anastasia.

I feel the soft and silky fur of my black and white cat Mandy.

I touch the black cover of the case  of my ipad before I turn my ipad on after school.

This is me with my new friends Sara, Georgina, and Nell.

These are my classmates and my wonderful teacher Ms. Rhead.
